At Boulder Bibs, we want to ensure your race day gear fits perfectly and performs under pressure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your bibs, apparel, or accessories are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and have not been used in a competitive event.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
